Content & Copyright Policy

Create responsibly, respect people, and credit the artists who inspire you.

Create with permission

Use your own work or material you have the rights and consent to use. A publicly visible image is not automatically licensed for reuse. Do not use a real person's likeness to deceive, harass, humiliate, or suggest an endorsement they have not given.

The studio's character prompts describe adults. Keep your work non-explicit and suitable for a general fan-art audience.

Prohibited content and conduct

  • Sexual content involving anyone under 18, anyone who appears underage, or age-ambiguous characters; exploitation or grooming in any form.
  • Explicit sexual imagery, non-consensual intimate imagery, voyeurism, or sexual deepfakes.
  • Targeted harassment, threats, hateful abuse, extreme graphic violence, or content intended to facilitate real-world harm.
  • Fraud, impersonation intended to mislead, disclosure of private personal information, or violations of copyright, trademarks, privacy, or publicity rights.
  • Attempts to bypass provider safeguards, manipulate billing, compromise accounts, or disrupt the service.

Provider rules also apply. A provider may reject a request even when the wording appears acceptable here. These rules do not imply that every input or output is screened before it is displayed; you must review results before sharing them.

Reference gallery and attribution

Reference images and videos belong to their credited creators. Each example links to its original post. The works are displayed as inspiration, not as studio-generated results, endorsements, or licensed assets for download and reuse. We preserve creator marks in the source media.

Inspiration presets use separately written scene descriptions. They do not automatically send gallery artwork to Yir. If you upload a reference image, you are responsible for the necessary authorization. Do not remove attribution or represent another creator's work as your own.

Report a work or request removal

Rights holders, depicted people, and users can request a review by emailing support@female-malfoy.com; an account is not required. Signed-in users may also use Support tickets. Include:

  1. The specific page, gallery item, or task identifier.
  2. The original work or other information identifying your rights or concern.
  3. A short explanation and your requested action, such as correction of credit or removal.
  4. Contact information and, when needed, confirmation that you are the rights holder or authorized representative.

Do not send a password, API key, or unnecessary identity documents. A report will be reviewed; we may remove or restrict content while investigating and ask for additional information. A gallery removal request concerns this site, not the original social-media post. If an action affects your content or account, you may request review through the same channel.
