Privacy Policy

What the studio stores, what is sent to Kie, and how to request help with your data.

Last updated: 2026-10-10

Your generation history is associated with your account. Submitting a creation sends your prompt, settings, and any reference image URL to Kie and the model services it uses. Generated files may be hosted at externally accessible URLs.

1. Scope and contact

This policy covers this independent fan creation studio and its account, generation, and support features. Contact the site operator at support@female-malfoy.com for privacy questions or data requests, without needing to sign in. Account holders can also use Support tickets. See Data requests for what to include.

2. Information we process

  • Account and sign-in: your name, email, avatar, account identifiers, password hash when using password sign-in, and session records. Session records can include IP address and browser information. If you choose an available third-party sign-in option, we receive the profile and identifiers needed for that sign-in.
  • Creations: your prompt, optional uploaded reference image and its hosted URL, selected settings, task identifier, generation status, provider responses, output URLs, and associated credit transactions.
  • Support: email correspondence, ticket subjects, messages, attachments, and replies you provide. Images uploaded through available account or support features are stored using the site's configured file storage.
  • Payments, when offered: order identifiers, purchased products, amounts, payment status, and billing details returned by the checkout provider. Full card details are handled by that provider, rather than the studio's generation system.
  • Technical records: information needed to serve requests, diagnose failures, secure accounts, and prevent abuse may be recorded by the application and its hosting services.

Do not put passwords, identity documents, financial information, private correspondence, or other unnecessary sensitive information in prompts, reference images, or tickets.

3. Why we use this information

We use account information to sign you in, generation data to fulfill your request and show your history, and credit records to calculate usage and correct failed tasks. Support information helps us investigate your request. Technical and transaction records support reliability, abuse prevention, and applicable legal obligations.

Where a legal basis is required, processing may rely on providing the service you request, compliance with legal obligations, or legitimate interests in operating and protecting the service. Optional processing that requires consent must rely on that consent. Applicable rights depend on your location and the circumstances.

4. Kie and other recipients

When you submit a creation with a local reference image, the studio first uploads the image to Kie’s file service. Selecting a local file alone only previews it in your browser. Generating an image or video then sends the prompt, generation settings, and any reference image URL to Kie, which routes requests to the relevant model services. A reference must be accessible for the provider to fetch it. Your account password is not part of a generation request.

Kie and its downstream providers operate their own infrastructure. This site does not specify or control their complete retention or model-training practices. Review the Kie Privacy Policy before submitting content. Do not assume that deleting a local task also deletes a provider's copy.

Hosting, file-storage, authentication, checkout, and support services may receive information needed for the features you use. Authorized administrators may access account, task, or support records to operate the service, investigate errors, or handle a request. Information may also be disclosed when legally required or necessary to address abuse. We do not sell your prompts, reference images, or account data.

Providers may process information outside your country. The location and safeguards depend on the provider and hosting configuration; this site does not promise storage in a particular jurisdiction.

5. Visibility of creations and reference works

Your creation history requires your account and is not automatically published in the homepage gallery. However, an output or uploaded image may have a public or shareable file URL. Anyone who has such a URL may be able to access the file, independently of the history page. Treat reference and output links accordingly.

The homepage displays separately curated, attributed reference works. Loading the locally hosted gallery previews does not submit those works to Kie. Opening an original-post link takes you to an external service governed by its own policies. A gallery listing does not imply creator endorsement or permission to reuse the work.

6. Cookies and browser storage

The site uses sign-in cookies and may store your language and theme preferences. A creation draft, including an entered reference URL, can be saved in this browser tab's session storage so it survives a sign-in flow. Clearing site data removes these browser copies but does not delete account records or provider files.

You can manage cookies and site storage in your browser. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent sign-in. If optional analytics, advertising, or third-party support widgets are enabled, their data practices and any required consent controls must be disclosed when those features are introduced.

7. Retention and security

Account, generation, credit, and support records are retained to provide account history, investigate issues, and meet applicable obligations. The current service has no automatic seven-day purge or self-service account-deletion feature. A data request is reviewed individually; records that must be retained for legal, security, or transaction reasons may be excluded, with an explanation where appropriate.

Kie’s file upload documentation currently states that uploaded reference files are deleted after 24 hours. This concerns uploaded references, not all task records or generated outputs. Removing a reference from the form clears that selection; it does not remotely delete a file that was already uploaded. Generated media is hosted by the generation provider and may expire independently of your saved task record. Save files you want to keep. We cannot guarantee permanent access or immediate removal of remote files, backups, or copies saved by others.

Account access and permissions help restrict access to records. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Avoid submitting confidential material that the service does not need.

8. Your choices and requests

You can view your creation history and edit available profile fields. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, a copy, deletion, restriction, or objection to processing, or withdraw consent for processing based on consent. These requests are not all available as account buttons. Follow Data requests; we may need to verify account ownership and explain any limitation. Where applicable, you may also contact your local data protection authority.

9. Age and changes

The studio is intended for adults aged 18 or older. If you believe an underage person's information has been submitted, contact support for review and removal where appropriate. Material policy changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date and an additional notice where required.
